This is a big paragraph that goes above everything and doesn't say anything but does so with a lot of words and things. It's in a div with .intro-text.

Normal <p> block. Note that paragraphs by default carry some extra vertical whitespace; if you need to keep things more dense, use a div.
H3 Heading
.note shrinks the text for a minor note that is meant to be parenthetical.
H4 Heading
You can use a block in a .well to quote blocks of text, provide server responses, etc.
Tables
Note that the .btn-xs class is nice for fitting buttons into tables like below, but that this interface is
not ideal for phone-based users. For staff-facing intranet apps that are expected to be accessed from a desktop, though,
they can really work!
